• Provision and activate the services offering customers
• Manage and maintain IP core router, distribution network and access network level
• Manage and maintain IP Transit, Peering and carriers and critical customers
• Faulty identification of network problems and fast rectification with partners, suppliers
• Monitor and maintain service availability for network operation
• Provide L2 expert IP technical skills, training to lower staffs
• Ensure whole network quality, healthy, securely and high performance
• Capacity utilization and available bandwidth for main equipment and PoPs
• Operation and maintenance NMS alert system to response incident on time
• Manage & maintain technical document & database information for whole network infrastructure
• Report to manager related network upgrading/quality/healthy
• Supervise NOC team to manage/restore services for customers
• Day-to-day technical operation activities and support customers
• Communicate and facilitate with other department, local & international partners and AAG community, upstream and peering
• Closely monitor network operation and follow up with customers with specific time for incident

• Expertise of network layer 2 switching (Cisco, Huawei and ACATEL)
• Expertise of network layer 3 routing (EIGRP, OSPF and BGP)
• Experience in Cisco/Huawei Router and Switch
• Ability to work within the rural areas within flexible time
• Advance Networking, IP Internet knowledge
• Good commend of spoken and written English
• Minimum 3 years in IP routing skills. Experience Transmission Networking, IP, ISP experience desirable
